All domestic orders ship from Sydney with Australia Post Express Shipping.
All Japanese and New Zealand order ship from Sydney with DHL International Express - it is an express service and delivers globally within 2-5 days of being dispatched from us!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We dispatch your order the next business day after you complete your purchase on this website. From that time it will take 1-5 days to arrive at your doorstep from Sydney - and you can track your order the entire way!

Are taxes and duties included in my international order total?
This will vary by country but duties and taxes will be calculated upon checkout if applicable to the order. If you see duties and taxes calculated on the checkout that means we will ship your order and pay the duties and taxes on your behalf.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the package tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.
My package is lost, what should I do?
Please email email@example.com with your name and order number and we will assist with locating your package.
How do I use a promo code or gift card?
First, go to your cart and click the checkout button. Once you reach the checkout page, you will see a Gift Card or Discount Code field on the right hand side of the page. Enter your code there and hit apply to see the price drop reflected.
What can I do if the promo code or gift card isn’t working?
First, check to see that there are no typos in the code. Then, check the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid and applies to the items in your cart. If the code is still not working, please feel free to reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Can I use more than one promotion code on an order?
Only one promotion code can be applied per order.
I placed an order but forgot to enter the promo code at checkout, what do I do?
If you placed an order during a promotional period and forgot to apply the code, please reach out to email@example.com and we will adjust the price of your order if it abides by the terms and conditions of the promotion.
Do you ship to international PO boxes?
Regretfully we cannot currently ship to PO boxes. If you entered a PO box in your shipping address, we will reach out to get a different shipping address from you which may add a slight delay to your delivery time.
Is the shipping costs on my order refundable?
We cannot currently refund the cost of shipping as postal services do not return that cost to us if you decide to return your order.
Will I need to sign for my order?
Yes - a signature may be required when your order is delivered to you. Please make sure you are available or request from us in advance of ordering to have the signature requirement removed.
