Customer Care & Order Dispatch

Full-Time (at least one weekend day per week is required), Permanent. 

Daily Tasks:

  • Providing timely & on brand responses to our customers over a varied range of communication platforms (primarily email; but not limited to Facebook, Livechat, etc.)
  • Processing orders & shipments accurately & efficiently 
  • Picking & packing customer & wholesale orders
  • Processing customer returns
  • Providing support to the Customer Care Manager, Founders & other Customer Care team members as required 
  • Actively participating in company meetings & provide feedback & ideas on team efficiencies when applicable 

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous customer care experience (1-2 years minimum) in a similar backend customer service role
  • Understanding of ecommerce brands (fashion/retail preferred)
  • Ability to work both autonomously & as part of a team
  • Energetic & able to demonstrate initiative
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • Passion for the Kulani Kinis product range & culture
  • Sound computer skills (experience with ecommerce platforms e.g. Shopify & Starshipit preferred)
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills (our customers are the heart of our company!)
