Exchanges & Returns
Can I Exchange or Return my Kulani Kinis?
We accept exchanges and refunds for all of our products.
For an exchange or return to be processed, items must have original tags, labels and hygiene stickers (if appropriate) in place. Items must not be worn, altered or washed.
Please note: for all discounted, sale or promotional items sold, purchases are final and exchanges/refunds will not be granted. However if we are running a Promotional Sale such as Black Friday we will allow for exchanges or refunds.
How do I organise my Exchange/Return?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide all of the information you need!
We are happy to exchange items for different sizes, prints or styles as long as the above conditions are met. Shipping costs will be charged again (via PayPal invoice).
Please note: The shipping cost to return your item to Kulani Kinis for your exchange is at your own expense and we recommend using a postal service which allows tracking as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds will be issued when returned items are received. Please allow 2-3 days for payment to process. You will be reimbursed via the same method you used to pay.

Help! I received my order but there is something wrong!
While we hope this never happens, if you do receive an incorrectly sized item or immediately find a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@kulanikinis and we will help resolve your issue as fast as we can.
