Can I Exchange or Return my Kulani Kinis items?

Yes!

We have return addresses in both Sydney Australia and in Los Angeles USA so you can mail it to your closest spot.

We accept exchanges and refunds for all of our products however we do have some time restrictions on when you need to contact us by so please keep reading.

For an exchange or return to be processed, items must have original tags, labels and hygiene stickers (if applicable) in place and unaltered. Items must not be worn, have any markings/substances on the item or its label and hygiene sticker, and it must not have been washed. If your item does not meet these requirements when returned, please note that we will charge a handling fee of $20 per item affected and this will automatically be deducted from any refunds issued. Items damaged or permanently stained cannot be refunded or returned. If we receive an item in this condition, we will contact you and advise of this.

If you return 4 or more items in your order for a refund we will unfortunately need to deduct a handling fee of $15 from your refund. This cost is cover our expenses with having to collect your pieces, inspect them and then have them restocked back in our Sydney warehouse. We hope you understand. Orders that return less than 4 items will not be subject to this charge.

Please note: for all discounted, sale or promotional items sold, purchases are final and exchanges/refunds will not be granted. If we are running a Promotional Sale such as Black Friday we will allow for exchanges, however refunds will not be permitted.

Swimwear and apparel can be returned or exchanged within 20 days of the date of delivery.

 

How do I organise my Exchange/Return?

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for different sizes, prints or styles/designs as long as the above conditions are met. Shipping costs will be charged again (via PayPal invoice).

If your item does not meet these requirements when returned, please note that we will charge a handling fee of $20 per item affected and this will automatically be deducted from any refunds issued.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued when returned items are received. Please allow 2-3 days for payment to process. You will be reimbursed via the same method you used to pay.

Help! I received my order but there is something wrong!

While we hope this never happens, if you do receive an incorrectly sized item or immediately find a manufacturing fault, please contact us at info@kulanikinis and we will help resolve your issue as fast as we can.
